GENERAL TERMS FOR CAR RENTAL
1. SUBJECT
Art. 1. These general conditions are intended to regulate the relations between "IVIGO" OOD, city. Sofia, he is. it's a. Nikola Petkov, 79, hereinafter referred to as LESSOR for short , and the customers, hereinafter referred to as TENANTS, of RENTAL CARS.

-Unlimited mileage.
-Public liability insurance.
-Road tax - vignette for the territory of BG.
-CDW insurance - release from liability in case of damage up to the amount of the deposit for the relevant class of car. Not valid for tire damage, rims, chassis and interior. Not valid with alcohol consumption, drugs and other intoxicants, as well as in case of non-observance of the ZDP.
-VTW insurance - exemption from liability in case of theft up to the amount of the deposit for the relevant car class. It is valid upon presentation of a document about the theft from the Police and upon mandatory return of the documents and car keys.
-VAT 20%.
Tenant requirements:
The lessee is obliged to present a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years. and blue ticket, identity documents (ID card, the passport, credit card). The minimum age of the tenant – 23 years. Tenants under 23 year. pay a "Young driver" fee of 5 €/day and double deposit.
Rental period:
Minimum rental period 24 o'clock. When returning the vehicle after the expiry of the contract without warning, the customer is billed as follows: to 1 hour - free of charge; 1 ÷ 4 o'clock – half a day's rent; over 4 hours - full rent.
Method of payment and deposit:
Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or VISA credit card, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, BORICA when renting the car, The tenant is obliged to leave a deposit in cash or with a credit card issued in his name. The deposit is in the amount of 150 ÷ 400 € depending on the car class. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, tire damage, audio equipment, soiled and burnt interior. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord all charges for damages, fines or tickets as well as an administrative fee in the amount of 36 Euro incl. 20% VAT according to the currently valid General Terms and Conditions for car rental.
Going abroad:
IVIGO Rent A Car offers its customers the opportunity to visit neighboring countries with a rental car. This is possible with prior request and approval. An additional fee is charged depending on the country to be visited, including the issuance of a Power of Attorney for travel abroad and all necessary documents for the respective country. For each subsequent page, the customer pays an additional fee in the amount of 50% from the first party fee. For more information, contact us on the indicated phones.
Conditions for cancellation/change of reservation:
A confirmed booking can be canceled/changed up to 72 hours before the start of the rental period, without charging fees. In case of cancellation/change of reservation , less than 72 hours before the start of the rental period, a fee of 20% from the final rental price, but not less than the rental price of the car for 1 day. Prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of non-appearance of the Tenant.
Insurance ” Full coverage”
It is concluded for an additional fee at the request of the client and includes:
* Guaranteed return of deposit.
* Replacement vehicle in the event of an accident.
* Free roadside assistance.
* Exemption from administrative fee in case of incident.

When paying for insurance “Full coverage” the client receives full release from liability only upon submission of a report from the traffic police, return of car keys and documents and does not apply to the use of alcohol and other intoxicating substances. The purchase of “Full coverage” does not cover partial absences, loss of parts or accessories, tires and wheels, as well as damage to the interior of the vehicle.
Fuel:
The car is delivered with a full tank. When returning the vehicle with an incomplete tank, the customer pays for the missing fuel at a price 2,5 €/liter and a fee of 10 €.
Car delivery and return:
From our office or at the address specified by the client in Sofia , including Sofia Airport.
-Monday ÷ Friday from 08,30 ÷ 18,30 and for a rental period greater than 3 days – free of charge .
-National holidays, weekend, Monday - Friday from 18,30 ÷ 08,30 – a fee applies 15 €, which is included in the car rental price.
Additional driver:
Only persons listed in the rental agreement may drive the rented vehicle. In case, that an additional driver will drive the vehicle, the tenant must notify the company's office at the start of the rental period. A fee of 2 €/day, but not more than 30 € for the entire period.
Additional equipment:
-Child seat - free of charge.
-3G WiFi Router - Per day fee applies.
-Navigation system – a daily charge applies.
-(Skiing) Luggage storage – per day fee applies.
-Snow chains – daily fee applies.
-Bicycle – fee applies per day.
Technical problems and road accidents:
In case of any technical problems or road accidents, the customer should report immediately to the contact numbers, entered in the lease. In case of a road accident, the customer must call the police and get a report issued by the authorities. In case of lost documents or car keys, the tenant owes a fine in the amount of 100 € separately.
Car insurance does not cover :
-damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, the tires, crankcase, the silencer, except the damage caused as a result of a road accident.
-driving the rented car by a person, which is not entered in the lease or an incompetent person.
-use of the vehicle for racing purposes.
-driving the rented car by the client while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic or highly intoxicating substances.
-if the customer does not submit a report from the law enforcement authorities for an accident and/or theft of or from the car.
-the vehicle is stolen along with the license plate and/or keys.

When entering personal data ( email address, Names, date of birth and phone. number) disclosure of data is entirely voluntary. By entering the data you give your consent to the collection , processing and using them for the purpose of contacting and providing a service that you have requested and confirmed. Gathering, processing and use for any other purposes is not carried out. This consent may be revoked at any time for a future period. Personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is stored until the express withdrawal of the given consent or receipt of an objection to the processing of personal data. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless you expressly wish to do so or when we are required to do so by law. You have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked and deleted in accordance with the regulations. Only the official designated for this purpose has access to your personal data, which collects , processes and stores your personal data under the terms of this GDPR-based privacy policy.
Map data information
“IVIGO” Ltd. keeps and protects the submitted credit card data information. Security when entering and transferring card data is ensured by using SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ) protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our serving bank.
